The meaning of these 4 letters:

* B: NEED: The need of the recruiter is it clearly defined? The job description is clear? What is the reporting line? Is this a replacement or a new position? The need is it consistent with my goals?, What is the precise reason for the creation of this position? My goals are clearly defined? etc. ...
* B: BUDGET: What is the budget for this position is to say what is the salary or daily rate? Correspond to the criteria of the market? The budget is there really? The budget is - it consistent with my goals and my market value? I have a medium-and long-term opportunities for developments?, Etc. ...
* E: DEADLINE: What are the different stages of the recruitment process? These steps are clearly defined? The process is it (too) fast or (too) slow? What is the date of commencement?
* D: MANAGER: Have you met the decision maker (the real!, who has the power to sign your contract)? Go - you meet the maker?
