Swollen Blood Blister Throat

2.0 Web 2.0 to find a job, yes, but not that!

Web, social networks, instant messaging and blogs .... All these tools to make contact .... virtual.

Job search is an approach to prospecting, sales. And the sale is a transfer of emotions.

Where are the emotions on the net?

Then use the net to easily get in touch with recruiters and decision makers, it would be wrong to deny, but we must go further, we must transform the virtual contact in real contact and it is simple: just use the phone for the sole purpose of getting an appointment. It is much more efficient than letter. It's simple, just do it and good news: Very, very few candidates do! Then do it, use your phone and you will make a difference!

At What Temperature Does Copper Pipes Freeze

know - you B BED?

No, the B BED is not a brand new mattress or a new trend or lifestyle ...:-)

The B BED memo is simply a means - art to analyze objectively the relevance of a job or position. This method stems from ongoing sales techniques and is fully applicable in a context of job search (Prospecting).

The meaning of these 4 letters:

* B: NEED: The need of the recruiter is it clearly defined? The job description is clear? What is the reporting line? Is this a replacement or a new position? The need is it consistent with my goals?, What is the precise reason for the creation of this position? My goals are clearly defined? etc. ...
* B: BUDGET: What is the budget for this position is to say what is the salary or daily rate? Correspond to the criteria of the market? The budget is there really? The budget is - it consistent with my goals and my market value? I have a medium-and long-term opportunities for developments?, Etc. ...
* E: DEADLINE: What are the different stages of the recruitment process? These steps are clearly defined? The process is it (too) fast or (too) slow? What is the date of commencement?
* D: MANAGER: Have you met the decision maker (the real!, who has the power to sign your contract)? Go - you meet the maker?

more you relevant information on these 4 points, the better your visibility on the future position is clear.

Western And Southern Life Problems

Network: action = reaction

Article published on the blog Apec> http://dudiplomeaujob.jd.apec.fr/

- How useful can have our network?

I realized the usefulness of having a network at the beginning of my career when I was operating in the business of selling, I soon realized that the difference between a medium and a top seller - seller was located (among others) in quality of its network.
A job search process is a process of selling its own and when we have a good network (not necessarily a large network, but also a network with a solid foundation), we find a job more effectively, more quickly.

- How to apply its network?

First is a basic principle: We must first start helping others before they help you to hope. It is simply to apply the principle of action = reaction.
The good news: More than your share, your energy or help you go give to others is selfless, sincere, more return on your network support, contacts, put in relationship grows and quality. Solicit
its network, it is primarily reach out to others, right now, in the street, the supermarket, in your family with your friends or business associates and ask them the question: "What can I do for you that will help that you get closer to your ideal life? "

- What are the different types of networks to which you can turn to?

The first network to turn to is the one that already exists: it is all the contacts you have or have had an affinity, which you have served or who you are made service a day.
A second type of network can be associations. In France, life is very rich and covers virtually all areas. Know exploit this type of network.
Finally, the network Web 2.0 or all of the social networks (business, personal, mixed, specialist or generalist) and tools (blogs, instant messaging, video) to get in touch very easily and very quickly.
These tools are now unavoidable and provide the opportunity to build a network quickly focused on our business, our areas of expertise, our focus is to tell a community by its interactivity will generate value for all its members, provided they provide and they transform the virtual relationship in a real relationship.
Here is a list of networks on which I am now: http://bit.ly/cHRo4w

- What advice would you give to maintain its network?

Create, develop and maintain a network does not require special techniques, but rather having the right attitude (described above), both in our relationships with those encountered in "real life" in our relationship more "virtual".
Having discipline also seems to be fundamental to maintain its network and the daily practice tremendous "boost" What Web 2.0 allows us to do so in near real time!

Macular Degeneration Treatment Rush Limbaugh

2.0 My practice recruitment

Article published on the blog http://www.job2-0.com

Hugh, can you present in a few words?

I am 43 years old, I live in the Strasbourg area. I manage the HR firm Wu Wei Consult who specializes in the recruitment, placement and support for computer professionals.

I have over 15 years of business experience, management and recruitment, acquired from publishers, manufacturers, software houses and integrators.

I am particularly interested in human relations, new technologies, social media, psychology, values (real) sport, music in general, Taoist philosophy and my authors Preferred are (among others) Richard Bach, James Redfield, Paulo Coelho, Rene Egli, Zig Ziglar ,....

What is Wu Wei?

The name I gave to my study is not by chance, it matches my philosophy of life than my daily work:
is often translated wu wei "no-action", but this principle should rather be understood as the natural action, spontaneous, "without anything unnecessary" ...
"Do not do anything useless" is a principle of Musashi, which evokes the "law of economy" that can be reduced to the following formula: "The smaller input for the largest output .
The law of economy returns to optimize the operation of the entire system , that is to say, most little input for the largest output passing through the most effective action , requiring for itself the least energy.

Brought to recruitment:

- The input represents the need that is to say the job description and profile recruit
- L 'outpout represents the recruitment goal, that is to say the signing of an employment contract for a candidate
- Effective action: all stages between input and output. is at this stage that the Web 2.0 Recruiter offering the tools to get in contact with a target of candidates that match a job profile, in the shortest time.

What tools and channels that you use as part of your recruitment missions?

tools and media that I use primarily are:

- A blog ( http://emploi-wuwei.blogspot.com ) on which I broadcast my offers of jobs and missions
- A 2 nd blog I just launched ( http://truttmann.blogspot.com ) that will allow me to show my own articles on subjects that I like (the recruitment, IT market, the technical job searches, etc. ...)
- Viadeo: I am using this system, virtually since its inception. I find it very effective. In particular, I created several hubs (including SAP - over 3000 members and ERP - nearly 3000 members) that allow me to communicate effectively to a targeted population. I regret that there is no chat function on Viadeo and mobile application for BlackBerry is not yet available.
- Facebook: My Facebook page ( http://on.fb.me/9kam5s ) which allows me broadcast and relay information and my job offers, and a profile ( http://bit.ly/azprkz ) that allows me to make contact with candidates, especially with the chat function.
- Twitter: I have a twitter account (@ huguestruttmann ) for a few months and I love this micro-blogging tool. I used to disseminate information, particularly from my blogs (relayed automatically to Viadeo, LinkedIn and Facebook), to the technological and competitive. Really a great tool!.
- Huzz: Excellent tool ( http://bit.ly/cR03Yz ) whose philosophy is "the candidate is a recruiter, the recruiter is a candidate. " Not enough members, but already very efficient. In addition, there is a chat function and the ability to create a profile expert: http://bit.ly/bST4dB

- Skype: I use Skype (wuwei-consult) for video interviews with candidates.

- IM +: https: / / plus.im > instant messaging tool that I have also installed Torch on my new BlackBerry.

- I am present on other networks here List: http://contact.huguestruttmann.com

Have you tested the application of Branch Out and visio on Facebook?

I just opened an account Branch Out that I'm testing and I have not yet had the opportunity to test the video conferencing application on Facebook, but this does not delay ...

Which tool is for you the best performance?

The tool that has the best performance is the human ability to serve as a complement to all tools, knowing that the purpose is to transform a virtual contact in real contact (IRL)

Can you describe one of your last mission?

I received a resume via email in response to an offer published on the site job center. My tool Xobni ( http://www.xobni.com ) informed me that the candidate was present on Facebook, I asked "to be his friend," he agreed. He was online on Facebook and we started a conversation by chatting. In the process, we realized an interview via video Skype. An RV was organized with my client, and he was hired! Simple, fast, efficient.
