Content of the contract, and mutual commitments:
This contract is between the contractors named above for the purchase of products from weekly operation of the producer.
commitment of the producer:
the producer agrees to provide weekly seasonal mixed vegetables in terms of its production, or "basket" with a value of 8 €.
Winter: beets, chard, carrots, celeriac, kohlrabi, cabbage, cauliflower, spinach, lettuce, turnips, leeks, apple potatoes, radishes, lettuce, ...

The consumer agrees to the extent of its ability to participate operation and facilitation of AMAP (reception and tour of the farm property, entertainment, active involvement in the association).
The consumer agrees to go call her basket depending on the products offered by the producer every Wednesday, except for vacation.
Holiday Consumer:
During his vacation, the consumer may
- get a double basket the previous or next week,
- arrange with another member.
The consumer is entitled to only 2 double baskets for holidays, if he leaves three weeks or more dependents to find someone to get his basket.
Holidays producer: The producer undertakes
on delivery of 26 baskets of Wednesday, November 5, 2008 to Wednesday, April 29, 2009 inclusive. During his leave, he undertakes to organize the production and harvesting by the members.
Validity and term of the contract:
This contract is for 6 months, from Wednesday, November 5, 2008 to Wednesday, April 29, 2009 inclusive. First release: Wednesday, November 5, 2008. Distributions of Wednesday 24 and 31 December 2008 will be postponed to Tuesday, December 23 and 30.
The distribution will take place at Chalais, "Hall of the old gates" (Street Barbezieux between the media and the driving school) on Wednesday from 18h to 19h.
Total: 26 weeks x 8 = 208 € €
payment:
- in 1 time: amount: 208 €.
- in 3 times: amount: 2 x 72 x 64 € + 1 €
- in 6 time: Price: 5 € + 1 x 32 x 48 €
The payment, whatever the formula chosen, takes place at signing the contract check (s) label (s) on behalf of the producer "Benjamin Hovart" and returned with this signed contract to the Treasurer of AMAP.
