The high quality food is expensive?

Not always. It is true that excellent olive oil is twice as expensive, but we use two times less as it is fragrant, with the advantage of reducing our consumption of fat.

Headway the list of the foods can cost, nutrient-rich and potential culinary énépuisable, cereals (Cornflakes not) but wheat, rice, rye, buckwheat, corn, barley, millet, spelled ....

... Wheat brings us energy in the best shape, that of slow carbohydrates and proteins, minerals, vitamins and fiber.
